Last Updated: June 20, 2026 Thank you for shopping with East West Essentials! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully, which adheres to Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads guidelines.
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you receive a damaged product, a defective item, or an item that does not match your original order, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Proof Required: To process a return for damaged or incorrect products, please provide clear photos of the item, the invoice, and the shipping label.
Procedure:
Send an email to contact@eastwest-essentials.com with your order number and the photos within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a free return pickup for the incorrect/damaged item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
If you wish to return a product because you dislike it, changed your mind, or have sizing/fit issues, a return processing fee will apply.
Return Fee: A return fee of Rs. 200 per product will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the reverse logistics, courier pickup charges, and handling costs. (Please note: This fee is also configured under our Google Merchant Center settings as a standard return shipping fee).
Refund Process:
Refunds for customer-initiated returns will be processed within 5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.
The final refund amount will be the original product price minus the Rs. 200 return fee.
For Prepaid Orders: All refunds will be credited directly back to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI. Our customer support team will contact you to securely collect your bank/UPI details once the return is approved.
If the size you ordered does not fit, you can request a size exchange for a different size of the same product under the following conditions:
Eligibility: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.
First Exchange (Free): The first size exchange for any product is completely free of charge.
Product Availability: If the desired size for an exchange is out of stock or unavailable, we will process a full refund as per the payment method used.
Procedure for Exchange:
To request an exchange, please email us at contact@eastwest-essentials.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup for the original parcel. Once the item is successfully picked up, we will dispatch your exchange parcel.
Prepaid Orders: Can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at contact@eastwest-essentials.com.
Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, cancellations cannot be processed, and the standard return policy will apply.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Products that have been washed, worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Products missing their original tags, labels, or packaging.
Items purchased explicitly from a designated clearance or "Final Sale" section.
