1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

To offer full transparency, our delivery schedule consists of Order Processing Time and Transit Time:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling/Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after order confirmation.

Transit Time (Delivery): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 4 to 6 working days (Monday to Saturday) to reach your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Customers can generally expect their orders within 5 to 8 business days from the date the order was placed.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment. No hidden delivery fees or extra taxes will be added after purchase.

3. Shipping Partners

East West Essentials partners with trusted transport and courier agencies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our delivery partners include reputable networks such as FedEx, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and India Post.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct postal code (PIN code) and mobile number. East West Essentials cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges Shipping Cost

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the return pickup and replacement shipping are completely free.

The first size exchange for the same product is completely free, subject to stock availability.

For returns due to a change of mind, a flat return processing fee of Rs. 200 per product will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover reverse logistics and handling costs.

6. Lost Shipments & Transit Risk

All orders shipped by East West Essentials are fully insured during transit at no extra cost to our customers. In the rare event that an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please Note: East West Essentials is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the courier agent at the specified shipping address.

7. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS notification containing a unique Tracking ID and a link to track your order in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's portal.

8. Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us at contact@eastwest-essentials.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be processed.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.
