At East West Essentials, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience, which includes efficient and reliable shipping. 1. Collaboration with Reputable Partners
East West Essentials partners with trusted transport and courier agencies to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. These partners include, but are not limited to, Fedex, Bluedart, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Dotzot.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy & Reshipment
It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct postal code or zip code. The billing address should match the one where you receive your credit card statements, while the shipping address is where we will deliver your order.
East West Essentials cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
In instances requiring a reshipment due to address issues, incorrect information, or refusal of delivery by the customer, customers will be responsible for all re-shipping charges and any associated fines or penalties incurred.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Our commitment is to deliver your orders within approximately 4-6 working days from the date of shipment. All orders are dispatched using reliable carriers and will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
4. Product Origin
All East West Essentials products are shipped from our registered address.
5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges (Exchanges/Returns)
For product size-related issues due to customer error or dissatisfaction with product quality (as per our Return & Refund Policy), customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges associated with the exchange or return.
6. Alternate Shipping Options (Bulk/Large Orders)
For alternative shipping options, especially for large merchandise orders, please contact us at hello@eastwest-essentials.com. Upon request, we may provide special quotes for shipping based on order volume and destination.
7. Split Shipments
In cases of multiple items within a single order, or multiple separate orders, shipments may arrive separately based on product availability and different shipping locations or warehouse fulfillment.
8. Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays
East West Essentials does not issue refunds, accept returns, replacements, or exchanges solely due to shipping delays if the item is in transit and expected to be delivered. While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays). In such cases, at our discretion, store credit may be offered for future orders.
9. Delay Notification
In case of significant order delays due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues impacting the original estimated delivery, East West Essentials will promptly notify you via email using the contact information provided in your order.
10. Shipment Time Estimates
The estimated shipment time displayed on our website is indicative and subject to change. For a more accurate estimate for a specific order, please contact us via email at hello@eastwest-essentials.com with your order number or item codes.
11. Transit Risk and Lost Orders
All orders are fully insured by East West Essentials at no extra cost to our customers while in transit. In the rare event of a confirmed lost order during transit by the shipping carrier, East West Essentials will initiate the reprocessing and reshipment of the order at no additional cost to you.
Please note: East West Essentials is not responsible for lost packages or damages that occur after successful delivery to the address specified in the order.
12. Tracking Your Shipment
East West Essentials provides shipment details via email alerts once your package is handed over to the carrier agency. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active and display updated tracking information.
13. Request for Address Change
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you must make the request within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@eastwest-essentials.com. Address changes requested after this 24-hour window may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
14. Ready to Ship Section
Explore our "Ready to Ship" section for items that are pre-packed and available for faster dispatch, typically ensuring delivery within the next 4-6 business working days from the date of shipment.
